Seated Low Back Stretches in Durham NC
First stretch:
- Pull one leg toward the chest for three to five seconds.
- Then go to next leg, pull towards the chest—three to five seconds.
- Do this on both legs for 10 times.
Second stretch:
- Put one leg up here like this and gently press down like this. Three to five seconds.
- And go other one, gently press down. Three to five seconds.
- Do this for 10 times each.
Third Stretch:
- One leg up. This time, pull this leg towards your mid-chest. Pull three to five seconds You’ll feel that stretching in the buttock area.
- Go other side. One leg up. Pull leg from the knee towards the mid-chest. Three to five seconds.
- Do this for 10 of each leg.
Last Stretch:
- One leg up here like this. And sit straight up. This time, while you gently press down, Push your belly towards the leg, not like this. Gently push. Three to five seconds.
- Again, not looking down, make sure you push the entire chest towards the leg. Good, and go to the other side.
- First push down, instead of looking down, gently press entire body.
